Bender designed for bending:
- in the groove of smooth and ribbed bars up to Ø 12
- with a radius of 35mm (around the core of the bender) of smooth bars (Re 250MPa max) to Ø 16 and ribbed (Re500MPa max) to Ø 14
- A bearing is built into the bender, which facilitates work and extends the life of the device.
- The bending element is a hardened steel roller.
- The core of the bender is hardened and the bending corner is slightly rounded for increased strength.
- The bender is equipped with two additional stops for setting the length of the bent bar.
- The bender is equipped with an insert reducing the gap in the core to 9mm
- The core with a 25mm deep groove allows you to bend several small bars at the same time.
- The bender is equipped with an adjustable stop limiting the movement of the handle, which facilitates bending bars at an angle of 90 degrees
