The ZGR-22P bending machine is designed for
bending steel and non-ferrous metal rebars
with diameters from 11mm to 22 mm.
The device is mounted in the jaws of a vice.
The tube is fastened with am eccentric clamp. Two tubular
extensions for the bending lever are also included.

- Ø 11-12 mm; wall thickness 1-2.5 mm per R-39 radius
- Ø 14-15 mm; wall thickness 1.5-3 mm for R-52 radius
- Ø 17-18 mm; wall thickness 3-3.5 mm per R-68 radius
The bending radius R is given according to the neutral
axis of the pipe.
Bending angle: up to 180 degrees
